Ct scan: I recommend a ct scan of the brain and paranasal sinuses for complete evaluation of your symptoms. You could also consult an Otolaryngologist or neurologist and have them order appropriate tests after their examination and  assessment of your symptoms. I favor the neurologist for evaluation.

High blood pressure: The important question is why do you have high blood pressure at 29; once that is answered and your blood pressure is controlled, you may not have the headaches anymore.  Definitely consult with your primary care.

Ophthalmologist: A lump in the middle of the eyelid is a chalazian, which you may have, and is treated with warm compresses. However it's most unusual to have one in each eye simultaneously. In view of all your eye symptoms and headaches, you should be evaluated and treated by an ophthalmologist.

ER visit: Changes in vision, new onset of new symptoms all suggest a need fora fast evaluation.  If these are more chronic, then see a neurologist.  Severe pain should not be ignored.
