i took atropine eye drops to ease with corneal abrasion a week ago..any meds i can take to make its dilating effects go away faster?

Unfortunately no: Atropine can take a week to washout. There is really not much that will help but waiting.

been on tobramycin drops x 4 days for a corneal abrasion - are there any otc eye drops i can also use for the redness?

Abrasion: Your abrasions should be healed by now I would think. You could have red eyes from the tobramycin. See your ophthalmologist

Go for it: A sleep mask will not disturb the healing of the cornea.  Your eyes will be closed under it and the cornea will fix itself with no issues.

i had a corneal abrasion 3 days ago. i went to the ophthalmologist and was given tobradex and systane eye drops.

i use medical marijuana regularly and want to know if it will negatively impact the healing process. how long should i wait to use m.j.?

No direct effect: If the use of marijuana impairs your ability to use your eye drops, healing might be negatively effected.  In addition, the use of marijuana may decrease your blink frequency, also slowing healing. You may return to MJ use keeping these things in mind.

corneal abrasion 2 days ago. used diclofenac drops and now eye is much better although still slight blurry vision. will this go away by itself in a few days?

Corneal abrasion.: These usually heal up just fine, but you should be re-evaluated by an Ophthalmologist in follow-up anyway.  Maybe within the next few days.

Dad's doctor's help: This is a question best asked to the treating doctor. When you go to see a doctor(your dad in this case), that is the first question which should be raised....that is the reason for his visit.
But my guess is it should heal in 2-3 weeks. Usually the pain goes away first, that means it is healing well and should be healed in 1-2 weeks.

Don't think: The injury has anything to do with this and it doesn't sound very serious if you can blink a few times and are ok.  Sounds kind of normal or at most possibly overactive oil glands in the lids.  If still concerning have an eye exam.

Rarely: Usually, injuries which are limited to the corneal surface (epithelium) heal quickly and completely.  Sometimes, recurrent corneal erosion (a reopening of the of the original injury site) can occur so be sure to use lots of artificial tears.

See your eyeMD: Corneal abrasions can be very painful. Patching is not recommended and a topical antibiotic should be prescribed. In some cases, placement of a bandage contact lens can
promote healing and reduce discomfort. Abrasions can lead to infection and non-healing abrasions can result in scarring or corneal thinning. It is best to be evaluated, particularly if
there is decreased vision or prolonged healing.
