Think adrenals, thyroid, b vitamins  vitamin d, chronic viral infection, malnutrition, and even early pregnancy.

These can precede a viral infection or can be associated with non infectious conditions like lupus or rheumatoid arthritis..  Consider being seen, and exam and labs can often find the cause.

This sounds like a neurologic issue so a neurologist is the best doctor to see to begin the process of diagnosing the issue. Other tests...: Have you had any other tests done? That would be important to know since there are many other reasons that can cause weakness and fatigue. For example, low iron, thyroid problems,hepatitis, diabetes, to mention just a few. Also, many people with depression may suffer extreme fatigue and tiredness. Discuss this with your doctor for more evaluation.
