Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

See a Gynecologist: It is difficult to assess what this structure is without a physical exam which should not involve the use of a vaginal speculum.I would advise you to see a gynecologist in consultation.It probable is a remnant of developing vaginal tissue which is generally harmless

Many variations...: It doesn't really mean anything.  There are many sizes and shapes.  its normal variation.  If the labia minora are extremely long, to the point that they interfere with intercourse, or prevent wearing a bathing suit, they can be surgically shortened.  Best wishes!

Where are they?: If this finger-like extra skin is on the outside of your labia majora, it may be part of the labia, or that fold that occurs between your vagina and inner thigh.  If the skin is on the inside of your labia majora, they may be your labia minora.  Going further towards the hole or entrance of your vagina, you may have a hymen that can appear as two flaps of skin. They would be right at the opening.

Skin tag ?'s: Redundant skin on vaginal labia may be simply a congenital abnormality, or represent vaginal warts.  See your gyn physician for an exam and treatment if necessary, If this is simply a "cosmetic" issue, minor surgery can correct it easily.

The : The appearance of a vagina can vary just look a person's nose size and shape can vary. In other words the appearance can be genetic. If not caused by a genetics, then factors such as vaginal birth, or vaginal trauma can be the culprit. However in order to assure there are no abnormalities like a mass or defect the patient should be evaluated a gynecologist. If there is no serious pathology(disease) and the patient is unhappy with the appearance of their vagina a plastic surgeon can be consulted for reconstruction options. I hope this helps.
