hi um having an testicle issue.usually its big than normal . i feel lyk extra skin added to it and its very uncomfortable to wear a perfect dneim even .plz advice on this?

i had a orchiectomy about 3 to 4 months ago and does the excess skin where the testicle was ever go away or is it permanently there it doesn't cause pain or discomfort but feels very weird as its like a deflated balloon?

: It is not excess skin but appears like that for that side is empty. It will cause you no problem and you will get used to it. If it really bothers you a prosthesis can be placed there by a Urologist.

i have loose/extra scrotum skin cause i used to pull my testicles to scratch because of jock itch.can the loose skin be eliminated by surgery ?

I'll bet you're fine: Here's the score. At you're age, you're still learning about your body. Skin on the scrotum varies from loose to tight depending on the state of the dartos muscle -- the smooth muscle that automatically contracts when you take a cold shower -- and just how a guy is put together. You really can't grow new skin just by scratching. Talk with your physician next visit or talk with friends or even Dad.

hi, ive noticed that my left testicle is always upside down, i can feel the head of the epidermis on the bottom. i feel no pain and whenever i try to twist or turn it back it just turn back upside down. & looking for a doc to ask other advanced qs?

Several Causes: The skin over the testicles is the same as any skin.  If the oil/sweat glands do not creat enough moisture or protection for the skin, it can be dry.  This can occur from excessive washing/harsh soaps, infections (jock itch), irritation from masturbation/clothing, soap left in your clothes, etc.  I would start with a moisturizing lotion, 2nd rinse underwear, gentle soap.  No better, see your doc.

Need info: If your scrotum has itchy white bumps under the skin you may have inclusion cysts, infected hair follicles, etc.  If the spots are on the skin and flaky you may have a fungal infection.  Either way, your doctor should be able to help after an exam.

Topical moisturizer: Try a regular moisturizer like cetaphil and try a mild/gentle soap to wash with like dove.  If that doesn't work, see a dermatologist.
