: If it was within a few days of the date then chances are you will be fine as the milk does not suddenly go 'bad' after day of expiry. If any symptoms then pl see your doc

Expired medications: Medications that are passed their expiration dates can be less effective or contaminated.  Some medications could even decompose into products that can be harmful.  It isn't worth the risk to take expired medications, so regularly clear out your medicine cabinet and replace with fresh medications.  One dose is likely not going to be dangerous, but call your doctor or poison control if you get sick

drank like 4 ounces of expired milk on accident. made a protein shake and left like 4 oz left on the counter for a while and i drank it.and i guess since it was mixed w the protein shake it didnt taste spoiled as much. tips on food poisoning?

See below: It is not clear that you have food poisoning - (you don't mention diarrhea, or other symptoms- ) If the milk did not have obvious discoloration, or signs of bacterial growth, it is probably fine - and I would not worry unless you get gastrointestinal symptoms-good luck

: Canned foods should be kept in a cool dry area. When ready to open and use, check the can for any dents or rust as this can indicate that the structure and seal of the can has been compromised. Expiration dates for canned foods are suggestions only and typically, if not seal compromised can be eaten a few weeks to months after expiration date. Do not feed canned milk to babies.

my skim milk expired on jul 13 & i have been drinking till jul 22. i didn't notice any bad taste. i am 20 weeks pregnant. will it harm my unborn baby?

Should be fine: Pasteurized and also refrigerated, the milk should be fine the week after the stamped date, as long as it tastes normal. Americans throw away too much edible food just because the stamped date has passed, so it is better to judge the food on a case by case basis. Sometimes, an item may be bad (like moldy bread or soured milk) before the stamped date, and other times still just fine after the date.

Probably nothing to: worry about. Since it was almond milk, not regular milk, there shouldn't be any side effects. If it tasted fine, she should be fine.
