Personal answer: It's a tricky question in that each respondent would have to give his/her opinion on the matter. I am against abortions, period! i believe that each child is a gift of god, hence, it's our responsibility to accept that child as such. I fully realize that others may disagree with that, but i just  relay my opinion.

Good information: I am already familiar with this website. It provides a lot of valuable information on natural strategies in the area of fertility, contraception, abortions etc. Most doctors are totally unfamiliar with these as they are not taught in medical school. Objective research is lacking but the information is presented intelligently & responsibly, without exaggerated claims & i consider it quite credible.

Wade, there were many harmful atrocities committed on pregnant women during illegal abortion. &quot;Nuff said&quot;!

Retained tissue: Retained tissue or an incomplete abortion can be a cause of prolongrd bleeding afterwards and scarring inside the uterus.  Please see your OB clinician for an evaluation of this and the pain.

Whether or not medicine can be used also depends on the age of the baby fetus (the number of weeks pregnant). The doctor will talk with the patient to be sure that the patient is making a good permanent decision, because abortion is a hard decision for any woman to make.

A woman should to go to a women's clinic, an Ob-Gyn doctor, or a Family Medicine doctor who prescribes abortion pills or does abortion procedures to ask for help to get rid of her baby fetus. It's a major, permanent decision.

Interrupts hormones: Mifepristone (aka ru 486) works by interrupting the pregnancy hormones which support the growth of the growing fetus and placenta.  About 48 hours later, another medicine called Misoprostol is taken to help expel the pregnancy.  This type of abortion is best done prior to 7 weeks, although sometime can be used even later up to 9 weeks.

Uncertain: I am not certain about the laws in Macao. In the states you can get abortion pills from a licensed physician or a clinic such as Planned Parenthood. In some states it is also available thru e-health web site such as HealthTap. Wish I could be more help.
