It : It depends on whether the surgeon, usually a board certified plastic surgeon--is planning to do a very small area, i.e. On the chin.. Or is planning to do something as radical as complete body re-sculpturing. In the first instance, it is likely that local anesthesia might be the anesthetic of choice. In the second instance, because of the large amount of fluid and local anesthetic that is frequently injected during these lengthy procedures, it is usually highly recommended that the patient undergo a general anesthetic. It is absolutely essential to investigate where your procedure will be done and to make sure that the facility has a board certified anesthesiologist performing your anesthetic (unless the surgeon is injecting local anesthetics without sedation). Likewise, it is also important the all of the proper equipment for resuscitation be available in the facility.

Stretching: Sometimes, the skin can stretch and cause an enlarged stomach area after pregnancy, especially two.  Exercises that concentrate on your "core" can help to tone up the area and often need to be done, as time does not always bring it back into its pre-pregnancy state.  Best wishes.

Ambiguity: There is no way to answer this. Headaches and stomach aches are found in nearly all conditions and illnesses.  I would need more information about when you ovulate; when you have your period, and how long they are. Have you missed your period? Have you done a pregnancy test? It says you are a male? Are you sexually active? If so why are you not preventing pregnancy?

Examples include carrots, celery, and iceberg lettuce (without salad dressing).

Get checked: It is unlikely that pregnancy is the problem, but clearly your cycles has been disrupted. This may be a temporary inconvenience or a serious problem, but the only way to know is to see your doctor and get checked out.
