i have excessive weight gain and a period that lasts from1-2?months. when it goes off it stops for 3+ months. what do you think it could be

Get yourself: Checked for hormonal imbalance that could contribute to the irregularity of your menstrual periods. Being overweight can stimulate overproduction of estrogen from your adipose tissue, which will cause prolonged amenorrhea (lack of menstrual flow).  Try to lose 10 lbs to see if your period will improve. At least it is a way to motivate yourself.

my period has been skipping a month over a 4 month period (2 missed) i have no excessive weight gain or loss, nor to much exercise, pregnancy is ruled out also. my periods were always normal so i'm stressing out, what's wrong?

Missed periods: Would consider U/S and check for polycystic ovarian syndrome . Check  thyroid , prolactin, FSH/ LH ( should be normal you are young) , androgens  . May also be stress.  f/u/ w/ doc

what can cause excessive weight gain and bleeding between periods. not on any meds or birth control, not pregnant. i have been eating healthy and exercise daily but still gaining weight and have very heavy and uncomfortable periods evey 2weeks?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a gynecologist or endocrinologist to assess any hormonal imbalance.

can sudden excessive weight gain 30 lbs cause acne issues effecting all of body? for the first time it's not just my face. losing the weight now.

Yes: Please do your best to lose that weight. It scrambles your hormones. However, you should be able to address your acne with your physician's guidance while you are getting your health back otherwise. Acne may respond to the oral contraceptive pill or to a mix of antibiotic and topical agent such as benzoyl peroxide.

Not enough info: It is worth getting checked out. Thyroid issues can cause weight gain and constipation, which can cause back pain.  Just having all those changes something isn't right and you shouldn't ignore it.

Weight gain: Many possibilities but more common would be excessive eating, thyroid abnormalities, heart failure, renal failure, excessive protein in the urine- it's a broad list.  Please see your physician for a work up.

No: Of course it depends on how you define excess.  Excess weight gain can increase chance of elevated blood pressure, gestational diabetes and large for gestational age infant.
Gaining more than 40 lbs, frequently makes the slow metabolism of pregnancy a permanent thing, therefore, hard to get rid of the wt.
Large infants more often result in c/s and shoulder dystocia, which can be dangerous.

Weight gain: Lexamil is known to make the patient experience weight changes as a side effect.
Qlaira side effects includes stomach and body aches among others
