Could be: Allergies that causes the "goop".  But see a doctor about the blurred vision.  Protect your eyes

Tearing: Tearing is often a manifestation of dry eyes which is very common after LASIK. Use artificial tears ears and consult with your surgeon.

Dry eye : Your symptoms may be related to dry eye. I recommend a tear film analysis with an ophthalmologist.

Tearing after trauma: The eye tears when it's irritated. This can occur immediately from dirt or a scratch on the surface of the eye. It can be sensitive to light and tear the next day from a bruise of the eye as well. If something is poking the eye like an eyelash the eye can tear. Finally, if the eye is having trouble closing it can dry out and tear. Most often, tearing from trauma is transient.

See a Doctor: It is a little hard to know exactly where you pain is from the description.  However, significant (horrible) eye pain should be evaluated by a Physician as soon as possible.

Hard to says: It's still possible that your ocular surface has dry eye related keratitis that creates irritating inflammation of the cornea. This should B helped with extra tear retention from the plugs, but additionally you may need to perform hot compresses to help the eyelid oil glands. Your Eye MD needs to evaluate you 4 potential punctual plug irritation too. Anti inflammatory meds may help, like Restasis™
