It can: As more nor-epinephrine/epinephrine(adrenaline) is released it causes the arterioles to constrict and increase your blood pressure(hypertension) and hot flashes.

USUALLY: Propranalol ( a "beta blocker" ) is used to TREAT the symptoms you are having!
You should have your THYROID gland checked before attributing these symptoms to anxiety!

i suffer frm severe hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) and i can't even eat hot meal. is there any hope for me?

Yes: See a dermatologist. I suggest you go to a clinic at one of the medical schools. Bronx Municipal or Albert Einstein is a good example.

Check your sugars: I would first be sure to check your glucose and make sure it is not going down too low. If that is not the case you should check with your GP to have some bloods checked and makes sure there are no other problems like your thyroid or other issues.

i've started experiencing night sweats, even when it's not hot and i'm not feeling. there's also excessive sweating when i am stressed or anxious. i sometimes wake up with a dull headache and my head feels heavy. i am constantly tired. should i worry?

Night sweats: True night sweats occur because of fever that breaks during the night. Get a thermometer and take your temperature (and write down the results) 3-4 times a day for a few days. See a doctor soon if any fever (some temps &gt;100F or 38C). If symptoms continue with no fever, probably not a serious health problem -- but see your doctor for sure if your symptoms continue. Good luck.

im recently had excessive sweating at night, my foot is hot, have a trolling like pain in my thighs, neck pain, and chest and back pains too. any idea what could it be?

Room temperature: If you have not lost weight, it could be due to higher than needed temperature in the room. Try reducing the temperature, reduce the amount of covers and use a fan at night.
If that does not help or if you lose weight, it would be prudent to see your doctor.
