Lots of choices.: There are literally hundreds of benzoyl peroxide products, and at least have of them are cleansers. Panoxyl, topix, clean & clear, neutrogena...The list is endless. In addition you should also get a benzoyl peroxide cream or gel to apply twice a day. And be aware that benzoyl peroxide is a bleaching agent - so don't get it on your clothes, or you'll have permanent white spots!

D-dimer: Is a non specific inflammatory marker that can be increased in a variety of medical conditions and not used in the right context may create more questions rather than answering one. Notoriously increased in malignancies and infections.

: Very low probability but it is not impossible because precum does contain sperms and if the precum is introduced into the vagina by your finger within five minutes or your finger is still wet, conception may rarely happen in theory.

Ventilation Scans...: A ventilation/perfusion scan (or vq) is a way to look at both airflow and blood flow to the lungs.  Abnormal blood flow can occur when there is a clot present (ie pulmonary embolism).  Abnormal ventilation can occur when airflow is affected by a blocked airway (ie from cancer) or because of destroyed air sacs/alveoli (like in emphysema).  A radiologist typically will "read" a VQ scan.

No: Zantac (ranitidine) is a histamine 2 receptor reverse agonist and would not significantly affect histamine production.when withdrawn.  There is a theoretical possibility that Zantac (ranitidine) itself may lead to more histamine release by blocking the histamine 2 receptor(which acts as a feedback switch)  but this has not been clinically a significant issue.

: Recommended post treatment testing of rpr is 6, 12 &amp; 24 months after treatment to assure declining titers.  And, of course, there should be no symptoms.
