Many possibilities: You should get in to your pcp and get a thorough evaluation.  One would need to take a good history of symptoms and an appropriate physical examination.  I would consider some laboratory work such as checking the thyroid, blood sugar and other chemistries.  Are you having nightmares or night terrors?  Are you diabetic?  Are  you taking medications or using drugs?  Concerning but needs work-up.

Viral mgt: It may be a viral illness, similar to the Flu. Try checking your temperature at regular intervals, stay well hydrated and please follow up with your physician. Viral illnesses typically will last around 10 days.

See your doctor: These extra symptoms are just more severe migraines.  Migraines are the body's warning system.  Something is stressing you that is making your migraines more complex.  You may have infection, allergic reaction, toxic reaction to food or drug, or some emotional crisis.  You need a good medical checkup.

See an MD: I don't know how long a "long time" is, but asking online without a physical examination and blood tests is not going to get you the help you need. See your doctor and don't fear the worst; this could be something simple, but even if it isn't then early diagnosis is better than "too late.".

Hydration: It would be prudent to see a doctor for an evaluation. In the mean time increase your fluid intake. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless.

Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
