Yes: Any time you take something that affects your natural production of hormones, there is typically a "withdrawal" that occurs as your body tries to return to its natural state.   This is especially true with any "supplement" that affects testosterone production.  That is why most of these supplements are banned or become banned once the governing bodies learn about them.

Could be several: An estrogen that high means you responded quite well to infertility meds.  You will need to be careful of hyperstimulation syndrome where you can get:
1. Excessive bloating
2. Nausea
3. Emesis
4. Weight gain
be on the look out for rapid weight gain!  the Progesterone that high is a value not routinely obtained.  Values above 20 are considered normal.

Couple of questions: Your primary problem of low estrogen could be related to an autoimmune issue. As to the low levels being  persistent after a patch is applied that can be related to the product. Some people absorb a cream better or different patches. Talk to your provider about your options.

Wont work: Taking estrogen wont help you get pregnant, but taking extra estrogen, more than your body is making could put you at risk for uterine cancer. Talk to your doctor if you are having problems.

There are no estrogen containing otc supplements that are effective, otherwise they wouldn't be otc don't take or stop anything without talking with your doctor.

None: An anti-aromatase drug given to a post-menopausal woman is de facto an "anti-estrogen", since aromatase is the enzyme which converts ovarian testosterone and adrenal androgens to estrogens.  They effectively block stimulation of hormone-sensitive cancers,  but they have no place as a nutritional supplement as they markedly interfere with bone metabolism.
