No you should: have symptoms if you were estrogen insensitive. Thiings like irregular periods,problems w/pregnancy,abnormal estrogen levels,etc. You have none of these. I do not think you are estrogen insensitive. Hope this helps!

Follow instructions: Best follow your infertility specialist's instructions.  Because of the medications you received to stimulate ovulation, it is not unusual for your estrogen levels to be high.

i have done a blood test for hormone thyroid and pregnancy. pregnancy is neg. tyroid clear but estrogen levels is 2140 pmol/l. i am 26 and trying to conceive. is this levels normal? midcycle 719 and luteal 363 on bloodtest?

This seems very: high. Possibly related to polycystic ovarian syndrome, irregular ovulation. This can be treated with decreased carbohydrate diet, and medications to improve ovulation.

Not an issue: We don't measure a woman's Progesterone in pregnancy and i've never heard of it being a concern for a pregnancy.  Your body will be making estrogen during your pregnancy, but there is no such thing as 'low' estrogen in pregnancy.

if a male has been taking spironolactone and estrogen for a month and gets a female pregnant, will there likely be any complications in the pregnancy?

No: The males exposure to those medications would not affect the baby.
