Not now: For the repeat liver tests best would be to avoid taking any supplements, no acetaminophen or alcohol. That would give your doc the best chance of explaining your results and order further tests if needed. Make sure you share with your doc all prescribed, OTC meds and/or supplements.

Before all else- : Lets address that you have described yourself as a "heavy drinker" and conditions as "alcohol intoxication, confusion and memory loss". Do you know that you kill your brain cells when you do this. It will not help your anxiety or difficulty going into public. Encourage you to get into treatment to deal with this. Cognitive behavioral therapy is especially helpful. Psychiatric medications may be.

You can take it : Usually the dose is about 1500mg a day.  I cannot promise you it will help you at all.i'm uncertain what you're taking her for but you can discuss this with your physician. You need a correct diagnosis before you start any type of therapy, even therapy that doesn't work

Between : Between the changes in hormones and lifestyle that come after childbirth, it is very common for a woman to have mood swings and to feel down.  This can be accompanied by feeling overwhelmed, being more tearful, difficulty sleeping and feeling anxious, jittery or irritable. This is called the postpartum blues and it happens to up to 80% of women.  It can increase for several days after your babyâ€™s birth and then hopefully will start to drop off within a couple weeks of delivery. Let your doctor know, so that she or he can make sure the blues donâ€™t evolve into depression.
     Sometimes postpartum blues donâ€™t resolve  after a few weeks or becomes worse. The symptoms  of post partum depression can start right after delivery or may not start for a  number of months later. Possible symptoms of post partum depression can include feeling tired all the time (i know the mother of a newborn has every reason to be exhausted).  The woman might believe she is not a good mother and this can lead to feeling guilty or inadequate. She may start eating a lot more or she may lose her appetite and lose weight (more than anticipated for shedding post baby pounds). She might want to sleep all day and find it hard to get out of bed or she might have the opposite problem and find it very hard to sleep. She may stop trusting her own ability to make decisions. Self confidence and self - love can drop.  It may hard to bond with her newborn. Feeling helpless or hopeless may occur and can sometimes lead to thoughts about suicide or hurting her new baby. You expect to find pleasure with the new baby that you have carried for so many months, but instead may find that you find are not able to find pleasure in any area of your life. 
     If you have any thoughts about harming yourself or the baby, that is a medical emergency and you to get help right away. Talk to your doctor about what you are experiencing. It this is post partum blues, it shouldnâ€™t last too long. If it is post partum depression, it is very treatable. Take you good care of yourself.  As a mother, i know that this can be a very difficult time.
