Is it possible you have diabetes, a thyroid problem or psychological issues.  I'm not trying to scare you but cheap or natural does not equal safe. However, use of narcotic/opioid medication to manage chronic pain can decrease testosterone & thus weaken erectile function. Also, chronic pain can affect one's sexual performance. Check w/your doc to be sure ed isn't due to cholesterol etc.

Thick blood?: I would not accept this diagnosis, but would insist on knowing exactly what's wrong with me. At age 26, polycythemia vera and Waldenstrom's are both very unlikely, and if you have hypercoagulability from some cause (a real misuse of the term "thick blood"), it's not interfering with your erections. Have you been checked for hemochromatosis? Prolactinoma?
