Avoid the causes...: To assess if one's erections have weakened, he should visit a primary doctor, who can check for possible causes: stress, depression, diabetes, high blood pressure, low testosterone, artery disease, high cholesterol, smoking, older age, etc... Causes found can be treated to help make erections stronger, firmer, longer lasting. A urologist can evaluate. Meds like viagra, cialis, or Levitra (vardenafil) may help.

No, but...: There has been no known direct causal relation of stds for er, but std-related anxiety may affect mental aspect of male sexuality. Besides, the late stage of syphilis (neurosyphilis) and hiv-related weakness and dysfunction may affect male sexuality. Otherwise, i cannot think of any direct connection of std to ed. 
Of course, enjoy safe sex with caution and responsibility.

There are many: Be wary of over the counter herbal medications For the most part they can be harmful or a waste of time. At your age taking into account you have no other medical problems ,can be helped talking to a psychologist skilled in helping men with this problem. When having sex your need to feel secure, relaxed, have a pleasing &amp; willing partner and don't be in a hurry. Keep your mind away from worry.

Common side effects diarrhea, unusual tiredness, headache/nausea. Tiredness reduces if you take your medication regularly. Report and breathing issues, swollen ankles/feet. Talk with physician if sexual dysfunction  worsens.

Glad tests are good! relax, you should be fine.
