You need it soon: 85% of people have rh+ blood, so playing the laws of averages, there is a very strong likelihood that the father was rh+.      There is always the chance that the baby would have been rh- and Rhogam wouldn't be necessary, but why take the chance.    It's to prevent a problem with future pregnancies.

Yes, : Yes, you should go to the er if you have failed your second antibiotic, which sounds like you have.  Hopefully there were cultures taken of your urine so that they can find out which antibiotic works for you.  Urinary tract infections can worsen and can cause kidney infection (pyelonephritis), with symptoms of increased pain, vomiting, or fever.

See an Orthopedist: ERs and Urgent Cares are ok for short fixes but not necessarily for a detailed workup.  There are a few possible explanations but you should have a proper evaluation by an Orthopedist.

When you cant wait: due to being sick. There is not clear cut answer, but when you are injured or you are too dehydrated, you may require fluid through intravenous route, then you may need to be in ER.

Why not sleeping?: The reason why you’re not sleeping needs to be clarified.  Is there a medical cause?  Psychological cause?  Is it the pain that’s keeping you awake?  Are you on a medication for the fibro that’s keeping you awake?  You need to see a doctor at this point, being that in an office, or an UCC or ED.

Depends : Hi Camilla, it depends on the urgent cares capacity to do such procedures and what the knee looks like.  3 days is a long time to have a foreign body in your knee.  There are chances that an infection can occur.  I would get it checked out.  Regarding pain, they should be able to numb the area.  Every doctor has his/he own style of treating the pain.

Not necessary: Hi. You can just see your doctor. Generally a good primary care doc will do a better job than an ER in starting treatment for diabetes. The only caveat would be if you also have an infection or something else serious going on. If you have the option, best idea would be to see an endocrinologist. From here on out, change your life. Eat healthily and exercise regularly. Of course, DON'T SMOKE!
