Clitoral sore: Sores on the vulva, outer vagina and even the clitoral area can represent herpes I or II.  Get a serum IgM for herpes test to be certain. Urine will make these sores even more painful.

In other words, when you get out of your relaxing bath, use a medication recommended by your doctor or pharmacist.

Irritation: The question we need to know is why were you taking the epsom salt bath in the first place.   If the bath was used to treat an infection, then the epsom salt might just have aggravated it.  On the other hand, if you put in too much salt in, then you can an irritation from the salt itself.

Discharge that has mild or no odor can still be an overgrowth of yeast or bacteria, or a mild infection with undesirable germs (discharges worsen if infection). A teen with discharge can see a Dr. who does pelvic (internal) exams, even if a pelvic exam isn't done on the first visit.
