Unlikely: Never heard of that one. High liver enzymes can be caused by a number of things including medications, too much alcohol, drugs, trauma to the liver and infections like hepatitis. Never heard of sex causing elevation of liver enzymes though.

Yes.: Depending on the underlying illness, many things can directly or indirectly affect the liver.  For example, sepsis or becterial infection of the bloodstream can cause fever, chills, and ultimately, multi-organ failure exemplified by the liver and kidneys.  Liver function tests go up frequently in situations like this.  Cancer is another example, and any bile duct block, like gallstones can do it.

No: There are many conditions that could cause elevation of liver enzymes. You should have this evaluated and follow up with your physician. It may not be cirrhosis.

Fibrofatty: infiltration usually refers to the livers response to a hepatotoxin (eg alcohol) ...however weight gain may also cause a "fatty liver":

Liver Disease: You allude to some of the potential causes. Alcohol is right up there. Non alcoholic fatty liver disease, many other causes need evaluation with labs and you may eventually require a biopsy to nail it down.

Only if very high: When very high it could lead to kidney failure that is reversible most of the time. To prevent that you need to increase fluid intake to maintain high urine output.

Maybe "hepatitis": Hepatitis is defined as inflammation of liver cells, as is indicated by elevation in serum transaminases (ast and/or alt). Hepatitis can be caused by a variety of issues (infectious, ischemic, metabolic, toxic, infiltrative, alcohol-related, drugs, etc.).  It is impossible to say why your liver tests are elevated without more information. However, your values may rise due to muscle problems too.

Sometimes mild: The diagnosis of pancreatitis is supported by an elevation of the serum amylase and lipase levels. You can also see a mild elevation in liver function tests, but not always.

Yes: Infectious mononucleosis or glandular fever can raise liver enzymes because it causes liver dis function . It is temporary and will settle as the illness settles.
