Unclear meaning: By itself, it doesn't mean much.  A urethral swab is done to looks for urethritis caused by gonorrhea or chlamydia.  It does not tell you whether you have a urinary tract infection.  For that you would need a urinalysis and a urine culture.  If enterococcus is causing a problem, it would be in the bladder, not the urethra.  But it's unusual for a  24 year old man to have an enterococcal uti.

Stool contaminant: such bacteria are found in all stools and are very likely a contaminant perhaps from wiping just a tiny bit of bacteria can contaminate A vaginal culture. Itching is probably not related to this and those symptoms and implies  possibly a yeast infection or possibly an allergic reaction to some product that you have applied to the skin around that area.

No: Aerobic means it grows in oxygen.  Anaerobic means the bacteria grow in the absence of oxygen.  Whether bacteria are aerobic or anaerobic does not determine how hard those bacteria are to treat.  That is determined by whether we have readily available antibiotics capable of killing them.

See answer: A urine culture/sensitivity (c/s) is used to identify the specific bacteria causing a UTI and the antibiotics the bacteria is sensitive/resistant to. Urine c/s is deemed positive if shows bacterial count of &gt;1, 000 colonies/ml of a typical urinary tract organism. The large intestine and the perineal area serve as reservoir for pathogenic bacteria. E.Coli accounts for &gt;70% of uti; enterococcus 5-10%.

Yes: Yes on your culture and sensitivities it should say isolates susceptible to tetracycline are sensitive to doxycycline as well. Symptoms matter most if no improvement in a few days return to clinic or call md. Do not take phenazopyridine for more than 2 days.

Not to worry: Enterococcus is commonly found in the GI tract; the growth on the swab is not surprising and is likely due to "spill over" from fecal flora from the anus.B you should not worry about this. The more important question is the presence of group b strept, which is associated with increased risk of complications of pregnancy.

Maybeeee: Generally the treatment for enterococcus are products derived from penicillin, however, a high resistance is being observed, if the culture was carried out, surely they performed the antibiogram, which is the study that says that antibiotic is the best for that germ.

Possible UTI: I think it would be best for you to be treated.  Yes, the colony count of 10, 000 is low, you do not report symptoms, and it could all just be contamination or colonisation...However...A UTI can cause premature labour, so there is a much lower threshold for treating possible uti's during pregnancy.
