Yes: Mastocytoma is a solid mast cell tumor. It is rare. Solitary mastocytomas usually appear within the first 3 months of life and spontaneous involution is frequently observed. Probably: Probably for a day or two. Not longer, if pain persists, go back to ENT doc.

ENT: The ENT is best qualified to evaluate your eardrums. He or she will assess your drums to see if fluid or sometimes you might have had infection calcifying the drum. He or she may set up specific testing to see how your hearing is doing or anatomical image.

Yes, the 1st step: Yes, the first step is to make sure via the ENT MD that the snoring isn't being caused by a physical  airway obstruction. If that is negative, many snoring episodes can be attributed to "sleep apnea" or sleep positioning. The ENT MD can then refer you, if necessary, to a sleep lab for further testing.

what does piriforms are blanched out and somewhat edematous mean on ent exam?

Voice box: A part of the larynx, voice box,  pyriform sinus, on either side. Those areas were pale and somewhat swollen. In isolation it does not mean much. It could be due to allergy, anemia or a reaction to medication. It would be prudent to discuss the finding with your doctor who has more information about your health.
