No: I would strongly advise against this. Energy pills have ingredients, natural or not, that can have several bad effects during pregnancy such as raising your blood pressure, increasing the heart rate of both you and your baby, and many other potentially harmful side effects. If you are feeling less than energetic, I recommend the all natural cure: sleep! Best for you and your baby's health.

Sure.: All vitamin b-complex is water-soluble, ergo cannot cause hypervitaminosis during or outside of pregnancy. Any excess vitamin b will be excreted in your urine and not accumulate in your body. Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily too!

Fatigue is common.: Early pregnancy is often accompanied by either fatigue or nausea and vomiting.  Usually women feel better after week 12. If you continue to be very tired, make sure you're not anemic, and tell your doctor so he can check your thyroid levels along with your regular labs.  It's harder with the second pregnancy because you have a small child to take care of along with your pregnancy fatigue.

: Before supplements, an evaluation by your GP or Ob-Gyn doc will be required to rule out medical causes, among which anemia for example is common and notorious of causing fatigue. You should be taking a prenatal vitamin with folic acid otherwise.

Nausea, dizziness, fatigue and headaches are all possible symptoms of pregnancy.    The nausea goes away by 14 weeks in most women.  

If you aren't holding down food and water, and are losing weight, you may be dehydrated.  Best to see your Ob if this happens to you.
