my period was very light and only lasted 3 days. i've noticed a lot of white discharge since it ended and back pain. what could be going on with me?

Vaginitis: White discharge may indicate vaginal infection with trichomonas,yeast,etc but back pain  seems to be independent of that especially if bending,turning or twisting affects the back discomfort. See your gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.

Infection, STD, etc: Any abnormal vaginal discharge or bleeding requires professional evaluation, and you have both. Infection, miscarriage, endometriosis, and other problems are possible, especially with low back or abdominal or pelvic pain. Assuming you are sexually active, STDs like chlamydia or gonorrhea are a concern. See a doctor or clinic ASAP. If you also have fever, do it immediately.

Body mechanics: Carrying 20+ lbs, a few inches in front of your usual center of gravity causes you to shift your whole skeletal alignment. Yes this can hurt.  Best to stretch a lot and get "fit" before , during , and after pregnancy.
