Endoscopy: I know of no physician in the whole world who would schedule an endoscopy without a visit in person to go over symptoms. Medical history, and all that is necessary to take on the responsibility of caring for a patient prior to an invasive procedure.

recently been breaking out of acne. i''ve used products from elizabeth arden, st. ivy, johnson &johnson, clean & clear.none work. what can i do?

Acne treatment: Acne that is not responsive to over the counter medications such as benzoyl peroxide may require prescription medication.  Follow up with your doctor for prescription acne medication such as antibiotic gel or retinoid cream

i have had gum ulcers, pain and discomfort almost permanantly for months now and would like to be referred to see a periodontist in port elizabeth?

If you have ulcers/pain/permanent discomfort you have a significant problem and need to see a Periodontist immediately. Your General Dentist can make recommendations, or you can call the local Dental Society for a list of Periodontists.

: Solitary thyroid nodules have been known to shrink over time. Thyroid nodules over 2 cm still raise some concern &amp; also, heterogeneous thyroid nodules can not be labeled as benign with certainty. The shrinkage &amp; FNA are reassuring but honeycombing 
makes it tricky. For best advice about further testing, continued observation or possible surgery, I recommend consulting an head&amp;neck surgeon

Effective ingrediens: This includes a popular combination of ingredients consisting of 2% hydroquinone, 0.025% tretinoin and 1% mometasone. However these are relatively low strength and may not be sufficiently potent. If it causes irritation it could make it worse by causing post inflammatory hyperpigmentation
