Urologist: Have you been examined by a urologist? Your symptoms suggest  possible epididymitis which may not show up on ultrasound. Another possibility is a small inguinal hernia which can be diagnosed by physical examination by the urologist, your physician or a general surgeon.

Probably: I guess you must be a newly-wed. Getting drowsy after an orgasm is common among male but if you can do it 2 to 3 x a night, the lethargy certainly has not stopped you . Weakness in the legs is unexpected but if this occurs only after sex, there is likely nothing serious. Perhaps our neurology colleagues may have some other ideas.

May be prostatitis: Abdominal groin the thigh pain going into testicle may  also be prostatitis. If it doesn't go away with rest and antiinflammatories go to a urologist to be checked.

Worry about infectio: You may have cord compression, epidural abscess, discitis or osteomyelitis of your spine. Would recommend going to ER for blood cultures x 3 sets (separate times and separate sites), CBC, cmp, esr, crp and spine imaging and a thorough physical exam by a physician (not midlevel). Make sure they do not give you antibiotics before doing the blood cultures.

Thigh pain: If you also have tenderness in your testicles, t's possible you have inflammation in your epididymis (epididymitis), or a pulled muscle in your thigh could be the culprit. If this is a regular event, you may want to get checked by a urologist.
