Not with certainty: Ejaculation can occur without orgasm and orgasm can occur without ejaculation. So a women cannot tell, with certainty, if a man ejaculated.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Emission: Doesn't matter if you ejaculated or not; emission or "pre-cum" may contain sperm that could get her pregnant. It only takes "1 sperm per egg;" "man-up"/be responsible - use protection, or don't engage at all.

Semen deposited in the vaginal vault will normally and mostly run down and out of the vagina. The sperm w sufficient motility will penetrate and attempt to reach the ovum for fertilization.  Majority of semen contain sugar and fluids beside the sperms.
