In that case, semen will ejaculate into the bladder and the urine you void right after orgasm will be very cloudy due to the presence a large quantity of semen.

Why?: I'm not sure how you're preventing ejaculation, but don't! sperm is supposed to exit the penis. Keeping that from happening might cause testicular pain.
