Once done, easy on the alcohol and hit the gym hard and the lifestyle-related causes of high SGPT (the most common ones) will be history and you'll feel better.

Having said that,  SGPT of 74 is slightly elevated. It is an indication of damage to liver cells. If you drink alcohol, stop entirely. If you are overweight, lose weight. If you are taking any medications, discuss those with your doctor.

Not okay: It's a warning. It may be nothing more than your liver asking for you to go get more exercise. You may be sensitive to ibuprofen and took some.
