Lung function...: An important side effect to be aware of with bleomycin is its effects on lung function. Most oncologists will perform pulmonary function tests (pfts) before administration of bleomycin in order to obtain a baseline. During therapy the pfts will be repeated to monitor for a decrease in lung function. If this occurs, sometimes the dosing of bleomycin will be changed or it will be stopped altogether.

What for?: Bleomycin is a toxic drug. Do not use it unless prescribed by a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Safe in children.
