That would be a lot: Of symptoms to attribute to hypnotherapy use.  Regardless of what may have triggered or induced these symptoms -  recommend medical evaluation to search for underlying medical causes. Cognitive behavioral therapy may be helpful.

They are not common,: But they can occur. I even saw one case of musical hallucinations that was treatment resistant until Prilosec was stopped.

Psychotropic meds: There is no one "best " medication for this purpose. The selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor class is good for this. I personally like Lexapro (escitalopram) because of it's relatively mild side effect profile  but others are equally effective. See that you are taking diazepam. This can be addicting and does not really treat the underlying problem.  Have you considered psychotherapy? Highly encourage that.

Unknown.: I know of no studies that have looked at pregnancy outcomes among women who sleep alone versus women who sleep with their partner. It is, therefore, up to you to choose the option you feel most comfortable with - taking the reasonable precaution to surround yourself with pillows so as to protect your belly from accidental bumps in the night.

Sure: Using medications for depression and anxiety will lead to a less depressed and less anxious future.  Life will be happier... or else therapeutic plan adjustments with one's psychiatrist are needed.

Not too long: Once depression is resolved most of predepression status will return to base line.

Gastrointestinal: Well commonly used name in usa is zoloft or sertraline. Common side effects are gastrointestinal like nausea, diarrhea, vomiting. Sexual s. E. Dry mouth, drowzyness or dizziness. Some reports of increased suicidal ideations etc.

There is no best: choice. But SSRI's are effective with both anxiety &amp; depression and tend to be well tolerated.

Dangerous: suddenly stopping your medication can cause rebound and worsening of both your anxiety and depression- this is a dangerous move without medical supervision. Call your ohysican for an appointment and review your medications and  issues.
