hi good morning, i had a miscarriage it was ectopic , my left vagina bone hurts in front , why is that?

Pubic symphysis?: I am going to presume that your "vagina bone" is the prominent bone at the front of the pelvis, the pubic symphysis. Even though you did not have a vaginal pregnancy, normal pregnancy hormones were likely present. These hormones may relax the ligaments of the pelvis in preparation for childbirth. With relaxation, the pelvic ligaments/muscles are more prone to strain. I believe this is the cause.

Take a preg test : If you have access to a urine pregnancy test, it would be a good idea to test for pregnancy. If the test is positive, contact your physician for evaluation of pain and bleeding associated with early pregnancy.  If the pain is severe, go to the Emergency Department for evaluation.  Your symptoms can be a sign of ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage , but also may be associated with a normal pregnancy.

Methotrexate : This is the only medication routinely used for treatment of ectopic pregnancy.  This medication is only appropriate if it meets strict criteria.

Very small: The failure rate of all methods of "tubal ligation" are very low, and some studies suggest that the falope rings have the lowest failure rate.  It is hard to quote the exact chance of an ectopic pregnancy under these circumstances, but it is increased if you get pregnant.  The answer is - extremely unusual / rare.

None in majority: In the great majority of patients, ectopic beats whether they are from the atria or the ventricles, do not have prognostic value.  While patients with heart disease are more likely to have these, just having the beats is not a sign of heart disease (all walnuts are round, but not every round thing is a walnut).

Yes: It is possible, although there is also an increased risk of another ectopic pregnancy.  As soon as you have a positive pregnancy test you should see your doctor to ensure the pregnancy is in the uterus.
