Vasodilatation&const: Vasodilatation causes at the skin level -heat loss for example in fever, alcohol intoxication . Vasoconstriction reduces conservation of heat by avoiding loss of heat bec. Of the constricted vs which occurs in  exposure to cold. Increased perfusion because of the vasodilatation or decreased perfusion with vasoconstr. Are initial natural protective reflexes, lost later if the initial event untrea.Ted.

Need eye exam: When the eye is traumatized from inflammation, infection or even tumors the response is usually a red eye. Eyes look red because of dilated blood vessels. New blood vessels don't  form but the existing ones dilate in response to injury. The only way to know what is causing the redness is to take a good history and have a thorough eye exam to exclude things like uveitis (inflammation) or infection.

Depends on veins.: There are many types of veins-spider veins, blue veins and varicose veins.  Spider and blue veins can be camouflaged by a sun tan (either natural or spray)-but i would not recommend sun tanning.  Varicose veins cannot be concealed unless covered by pants or a dress.  The best way to make veins less obvious is to see a vein specialist and have them treated appropriately.

Yes.: Veins return blood back to the heart and  can carry a large volume of blood.  Depending on many factors including levels of hydration,  genetics, outside temperature and even physical activity, the size of the veins will vary.  Another important function of the veins is to help control body temperature and this too will affect vein size.  Also with aging, veins enlarge as tissue volume decreases.

Breast exam: Any new lumps, bumps, skin changes in the breast should be evaluated by your doctor. Great job doing your breast exam.  Dilated veins can pop up with age, weight gain, hormonal fluctuations, exercise, trauma, thrombophlebitis and a variety of other breast conditions.

2 weeks: After 2 weeks  post surgery, if there are no other contraindications you should return to normal activities.

No: Veins are thin walled, low pressure structures. They fill and become engorged when they're below heart level and they collapse when held above heart level. Try this: raise your hand above your shoulders for 30 seconds and see if you still see your veins?  Enalapril will dilate arterioles (small arteries), especially in your kidney. It has no effect on veins.
