Ok if no: contamination. Raw dough, in small amounts, is not harmful in itself, but if the pizza was not prepared under sanitary conditions the micro-organisms in it may be harmful. Raw dough, if you eat enough of it, may give you an upset stomach.

Depends: In general it is not the best practice to eat raw dough. However, if the dough has egg in it then it can be very dangerous. Many eggs are contaminated with salmonella and can make you sick if they are eaten raw

VERY VERY: UNLIKELY,,,,,since this would involve THREE  "transfers"
(One from mouth to knife...knife to pizza and pizza to your mouth) NONETHELESS if you are worried about "catching something" DON'T EAT THE SLICE!

It's not clear: I would need to know more about you. Are you overweight? Are you having trouble losing weight? Do your friends think you are overweight or just you? You may have an eating disorder, but it's hard to tell given so little information. Speak with a therapist who specializes in eating disorders to figure this out.

Thoughts...: If you haven't been thoroughly evaluated yet - getting h.Pylori testing or being seen by a gastroenterologist - now might be the time.  They might recommend an endoscopy.  Also i'd consider gastroparesis, but that's less common for someone who is otherwise healthy.

i gave up fried foods 3 years ago. i try to cut out greasy foods as well. will eating pizza or a little grease in moderation affect cholestorol?

Don't worry about it: It is much more important to have a good quality of living. I do not think eating something you enjoy, is going to do much to affect your choleterol.
