my 2year old stopped eating properly after throwing up last week she now gags at almost every meal. what can i do?

Try liquids: This sounds rather unusual. I would not try to make her eat for a few days; she can have milk, water & perhaps some juice. Hopefully within a few days she will become hungry & ask for food & stop gagging. If this remains a problem check with her doctor; if her doctor can't figure out what to do (which is likely) then consult with a homeopath, as homeopathy can likely help.

May or not be food: Could be either or both. "Stomach bug" usually refers to 
viral gastroenteritis, such as a Norovirus, which is the one seen on cruise ships. You can get this from food that's been prepared by an infected food handler. You can also get this from a family member or by touching an infected surface. Gastroenteritis from Staph,Salmonella,Shigella and other organisms are acquired from contaminated food.

YouGotYourHeartInIt: Glad I saw this.It worries me a little.Of course,any doctor would need to know more but,a lot of other possibilities aside for now,at your age it could be related to your heart.A rather rare form of angina.I'd expect you'd get those symptoms after exertion too but everybody is unique.Best to get the heart issue settled ASAP. I'd also consider what I've been eating and how much. Lighten-up for now.
