9 days ago i stomped my foot hard on the floor it caused a strong vibration in my head then it happened again yesterday with both feet off a 5.5 inch step. today i picked up a heavy 28lb bag for 20 seconds. could i have brain injury/damage?

Fever and headache: With a fever, the first thing to consider would be a possible infection.  Autoimmune diseases are typically considered once an infection or other conditions have been ruled out.

Unlikely: If you're using a q-tip (which is inadvisable), then you probably won't go past the ear drum.  But, theoretically, if you stick something long enough, you may puncture your way through.

Tinnitus: Most of these problems are due to degeneration of the auditory apparatus, especially associated with aging, but can happen after head trauma, and associated with hypertension, anemias, and thyroid problems.  Rarely, transmitted sounds occur with congenital vascular malformations, and obstruction of large neck blood vessels.

i had a tia on nov 3rd and 10 days after the attack i have a high pitched sound in the right side of my brain, (not ears) is it from medications?

Unusual descript.: A sound "in your brain" can only be one of three things:  1) a true external sound with acoustic interference 2) a miscue of the auditory center within the brain responsible for localization of sound or 3) misplacement of inner narrative (as occurs with schizophrenia).  You are likely suffering from #2.  Certain meds are known to cause tinnitus or "ringing."  please discuss with your doctors.

my brain is controlling me,sometimes it obliges me to do things i dont want to do especially overthinking many things until i feel my ears bleeding?

Suggest: some mental health counseling..what you are describing sounds suspiciously like OCD (Obsessive/Compulsive) disorder)
