Etd or nasal congest: You may have nasal congestion causing eustation tube dysfunction,  you can try saline nasal spray and an over the counter antihistamine and if not better see your doctor. Also try a cool mist vaporizer in the bedroom at night.

Eustachian tube: If you can take a decongestant such as sudafed, that may help your problem.  If not see your physician for what may be safe for you. OTC nasal steroid spray may help also such as Nasocort AQ.

One first of all needs to see a real doctor, preferably the Ear/Nose &amp; Throat Specialist who will actually Look into the ears to see if there are Physical obstruction, injury, infection ... &amp; check out the hearing (Audiometry)... &amp; treat..

Maybe: It could be wax..Which is easy to fix. It could be eustachian tube (tube thats connects ear to nose) dysfunction which can give you the feeling that your hearing is a bit muffled (like when you are in an airplane). The only way to know is have an md look. It can also be the start of real hearing loss. Don't be shy about having it checked since you rely on your hearing for your career!

If that is the case and your ear does not hurt, when considering your other symptoms, it sounds like you may have accumulated fluid behind your ear drum, what we call serous otitis media.

Ear wax: Your ear is likely blocked with wax. Get a bulb syringe and forcefully irrigate the ear. Or see you local ENT doctor. They can check it out and suction out the wax. Good luck.
