my ear clogged up-progressed into an infection with some blood.  dr. put me on amoxicillin, unable to see if theres a puncture since infection is covering eardrum. ear is draining- im wondering if i should clean it out. if so, how and with what?

No: Never put anything smaller than your elbow into your ear. Give the antibiotic time to work. Follow our Physician's orders to the letter.

i have been having off and on headaches for about a week now. pressure above right eyebrow and in nose, burning pain in the back of head on right side. ears clogged up and keep popping. otherwise healthy. sinus or something else?

Probably sinus : The most probable scenario is that you have a sinus infection, but to be sure you must have a physical examination. You can get started with nasal sea water sprays, but my suggestion is to go see a doctor!

Ear fluid: Although you have been taking antibiotics for your ear infection, that only treats the bacteria.  The fluid that accumulated behind your ear drum that led to the infection is still there, resulting I'm a "clogged feeling". It may take a few weeks for the fluid to result.  Since this fluid drains via the nasal cavity, taking a decongestant may help speed the process. I wouldn't use the ear drops.

Probable: allergies!! should be evaluated ( what's inside your PILLOWS!!!!)
Use a anti-histamine/decongestive at bedtime (eg Xyrtec -D)

Abcess?: I think you should see someone who can look at this directly. Sounds like an abcess or fistula

Interesting symptom: Ears can clog (can't relieve pressure) when the opening to the eustachian tube on each side of the back of the throat is not working well. The opening allows air pressure to get in or out of the middle ear. There are also 2 tiny muscles in the middle ear that damp the sound vibrations against the eardrum. If the tiny muscles are damping the sound, the ear will feel clogged. An ENT dr can evaluate.

my normal bp is 120/85-90 it's 86/54. when i stand up or even it up i get extremely dizzy and my ears clog up and it sounds like running water for abo?

There are many: potential causes for low blood pressure (dehydration, anemia, medications, autonomic dysfunction) but the most common is dehydration. Check with your health care provider if you are on medications because they need to be adjusted. Hydrate with water and eat some salty foods if you are not.

2nd opinion?: It's hard to tell from your question but it sounds like you're having generalized pain and a doctor told you you had fibroids and depression.  If you disagree, i would get a second opinion.  Doctors make mistakes too.  If you do have fibroids and depression, both are treatable conditions.
