Adenoids/tonsils: If child is otherwise normal, most of the time these symptoms are related to enlarged adenoids and tonsils, often associated with snoring. Obviously neurologically challenged children can have problems handling secretions. You should see pediatrician or ENT physician for evaluation.

i inhaled some fumes from a caulk remover solvent and 91% isopropyl alcohol when diying at home for 10-15 minutes. i wore a bandana over mouth and nose but still got a headache. im probably being paranoid, but is this enough to cause brain damage?

: Inhalants may cause change in mood and temporary memory changes. The use of the bandana should be replaced with a more efficient N95 or occupational mask. Avoid inhalation of chemicals.  Stay well hydrated and open windows while working. If the symptoms continue, please see acute care.

We all are: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.

: Difficulty breathing can mean a lot of things. Some clarification is needed. You need an evaluation by your pediatrician first, who can then provide referrals to Ear Nose Throat or Pulmonology if needed.

Dermatology: There are skin disease associated with skin discoloration. While I am not suggesting them i would get checked for these conditions such as lupus or a dermatological condition. I would also check for diseases that are not skin disease such as thyroid disease, diabetes. Otherwise it could be the make up or just because of abnormal tanning. See a doctor or dermatologist.

Yes: The nose is an air processor. It warms, filters and humidifies the air you breath so that when it gets to your lungs it is clean, warm and moist - just the way the lungs like it. By mouth breathing your lungs have to work harder because the air hasn't been processed.

Thanatophobia: A bad injury is unlikely, but physical sports have some risks. An unusual, intense fear of death or dying is called thanatophobia. A typical amount of fear would be normal and not called a phobia. Treatment of phobias is available for people who have trouble living normal lives due to their phobias. Another option is learning a new sport, especially one that doesn't require hitting with the head.
