Several short types: The commonly seen form of achondroplasia is an autosomal dominant form of short limb dwarfism. 80% are new mutations but it can be passed parent to child at a 50%/pregnancy rate. A fetus with a pair of achondroplasia genes has a severe condition & is unlikely to survive infancy. Their are a number of conditions that   produce "little people" & you may be thinking of another condition.

Use " little person" or " a person with ....", a specific diagnosis.

calculator: cdc height for age percentiles for girls (2 to 20 years)

age /height to get z score , your is -16 (short stature).
Remember it's not your height what counts only what is between your shoulders (your brain).

Achondroplasia is : the most common form of dwarfism, but there are over 200 types, so you need  to specify which type. For A.D., the uterus can be normal size but its placement is abdominal, not pelvic. Penile &amp; testicular size in males with AD can be within normal limits. The lungs can be compromised by malformations of the spine &amp; rib cage, requiring expert care for labor &amp; delivery of a little person female.

Yes: In most types of dwarfism, there are no reproductive issues and there is no impact on fertility.  However, due to the anatomy, it is advised to have good prenatal care as there can be complications due to collagen laxity in some forms of dwarfism.

Yes: Dwarf is a term we do not use in medicine anymore because of its despective use outside of medicine, but it was used to describe proportionate short people( mainly pepople with growth hormone deficiency).  Growth hormone deficiency can be hereditary bu it can also happen in a spontaneous mutation (no parent or family history).

Societal definition: Dwarf in medicine is considered a politically incorrect term, in terms of definition it use to define short people who are proportionate ( meaning the limbs and main body are in adequate proportions). If you want a strct definition it would be somebody who is less that 4 stard deviation for the population for a given sex.
