Eye pain: Pain behind the eye can be associated with infection, mass or inflammation to optic nerve.  Could be primary eye problem.  For example glaucoma can be a cause for eye pain and some people feel it is behind the eye.

Possible sinusitis: this could be a result of a sinusitis or sinus congestion.  You should try some decongestants and see your internist or ENT specialist to follow-up this week.

See a doctor: If you have blurry vision, you really need to go to the ophthalmologist as soon as possible. This is particularly important as you also have a headache. It is possible that it is something like migraine or atypical migraine but this needs to be evaluated

Many things: There are very many things that can cause headaches form classic migraine variants to High blood pressure, to sinus infections, to hormonal issues, to various food precipitants, to more serious underlying issues.  Headaches are common and usually are easily cured with an over the counter headache medication.  If they do not work or if the headache is unbearable, then you need to see a Dr.

Need more info: First, forget right or left because no disease process is always on left side of the head in all patients. If a pain is always (not 99%) but always on the same side be very concerned about a structural problems which can include many local diseases such as sinusitis, bone infection, brain tumors, aneurysms, arteriovenous malformation & even migraine (but note 100% unilaterality in migraine is rare.

Need more info: If this happens commonly and typically passes on it's own or with OTC analgesics after several hours, then the description suggests migraine headache.  With this info though, could also be an eye problem (potentially serious especially with a red eye) or left-sided sinus issues.  Recurrent headaches and eye issues generally need an in-person exam or at least a longer conversation with a doc.
