for the past few years ive had dry white skin around my glans, frenulum and edge of my foreskin. i can still retract my foreskin. advice?

Lichen sclerosus: This is consistent with lichen sclerosus and atrophicus. Intense itching is often present. This disorder,if present, requires treatment to avoid severe scarring and eventual phimosis. Malignant change can also occur.  Consult a dermatologist or urologist for diagnosis and treatment.

27 yrs old male, no sex. white skin on the head of penis (only on glans). i wash penis once a day, they have been for 3-5 months already. no pain. glans look like they are shapped, that skin gets removed then it comes back... i appreciate any help?

Color: I cannot think of anything of consequence that it could be.You may have caused a minor contusion and it should eventually disappear. Good Luck

: It could be one of many things one of them psoriasis. . Use OTC Cortisone and if not better see a dermatologist if you cant see a Urologist. Hope you get better.

Dry skin: Treat with topical moisturizer and emollient like you would skin on any other area of skin.
If this is from skin allergy, you may also try topical 1% Hydrocortisone cream.

Dry skin ? eczema: As you do not mention any redness/rash, I doubt this is a fungal problem.  It is likely dry skin, perhaps even eczema, a chronic dermatitis often with an allergic component. Wash with clear water, and consider an OTC strength cortisone cream. The most important thing will be to get the skin moisturized, so use a non-allergenic moisturizer (Eucerin, etc), daily. Exam necessary: You may have vulvar dystrophy, which is changes in the skin of the vulva.  Irritation may cause this. Treatment is important  to avoid scarring and shrinkage. Vaginitis, which is an infection or inflammation, is also possible &amp; again treatment is important. For a correct diagnoses and treatment plan to be implemented you must be examined in a medical clinic or office!

i have small holes surrounded by white skin on soles of feet, only noticeable after they are wet. when dry they are barely visible. no odor is present. the closest condition i can find that is similar is pitted keratosis, but it doesn't look the same?

: I agree that pitted keratolysis best fits your description &amp; it's mentioned that wet feet do show these pits best. A podiatrist would be best to consult for diagnosis, advice &amp; treatment if you still have concerns.
