Moistirize: Am lactin or cerave are good otc products for that area.If howe er skin is thickened you may need stronger product to peel away callus

Depends: On what it is.  If its due to a bone spur the skin can be removed but will grow back. See podiatrist for the cause and treatment.  Cream with urea may help some too.

Suggestion: Your description may be a symptom of an underlying condition so i recommend that if this doesn't work, go see a dermatologists who can often perform routine tests in the office.
I recommend looking for the highest strength salicylic acid and urea cream you can get otc and apply one in the am and one in the pm.  These will hydrate and exfoliate and smooth out thick nails.  Let me know what you find.

Blister between toes: Tinea pedis can appear as a rash with small blistering &amp; itching between toes &amp; on the bottom of the foot. You need to be evaluated &amp; treated in person to ensure your healing!

Hammer toe?: If the toe is curled or stiff its most likely rubbing on the inside of your shoe causing a callus. Put a small patch of moleskin on  it and and wear a wider toe box shoe

Many causes: It might indicate very dry skin that needs moisturizing, or indicate eczema, dermatitis or other skin disorder.  If moisturizers are not sufficient, consult with a chiropodist in your area.

Athlete's foot: Itching and skin flaking on the foot is characteristic of athlete's foot which is caused by fungus.  There are various over the counter remedies for the fungus at the pharmacy but often you need prescription medication to get rid of it.  The fungus lives in your shoes so you need to treat them as well.  See a podiatrist if it doesn't get better with over the counter medication.

i have really dry skin under my feet. its not on my heels but more on the middle and between my toes. sometimes its cut and cracked. what could be the cause and issue and what can i do to make it better?

Cracked skin: Make sure to be you change work shoes daily if there is any tendency fir foot or shoe moisture to develop. Of course the same applies to Sox. Apply moisturizing lotion to you foot soles after bathing while feet are still moist. This traps band preserves some of the protective skin oils. White cotton Sox are best for w work.

ive had a deep,awful itch on my right foot,on the pad under my big toe,for weeks.its relentless and keeping me up at night.i can see no rash or mark at all.i am moisturising my feet and have no dry skin.what can i do- its driving me crazy?

: A visit to a Podiatrist might be helpful in identifying and treating cause of discomfort in the foot.

Perhaps you : Have pain as a result of having a funtional hallux limitus and so the mpj doesn't flex well and more pressure gets placed on the bottom portion of the toe. That's something i'd look at.
