Dry skin: Treat with topical moisturizer and emollient like you would skin on any other area of skin.
If this is from skin allergy, you may also try topical 1% Hydrocortisone cream.

Castellani solution: If your pharmacy or chemist does not have it, they can make or obtain it. Get the clear, modified version. It will clear very quickly. Your product was worth a try but is not much good. Balanitis is due to tiny amount of URINE fermenting under your foreskin. Rinse off daily, best in a shower. Always blot or wash off the last drop of urine after you go. A circumcision will end the problem.

DERMATITIS: Dermatitis or inflamed skin. You need something hypoallergenic and fragrance free. Aquaphor/amilactin/Eucerin are all effective. If it persists follow up for exam and labs. Especially evaluate for thyroid disease

: The skin of the penis is very delicate. Extra washing and using harsh soaps can actually cause the problem to worsen. Try using a mild soap like baby soap, once a day and apply the aquaphor when the skin is still partially moist from washing. Reapply the Aquaphor several times throughout the day without rewashing to minimize moisture loss.
