Yeast infection?: It could be a yeast infection or possibly an allergic reaction. Young women with such complaints rarely have an STD, it's often a yeast infection. This may resolve on its own and so you can either watch it or try and over the counter Monistat vaginal suppository.

Allergic dermatitis: An allergic contact dermatitis is very common in this area.  This can be caused by an allergy to things like:
benzalkonium chloride in lubricants
fragrances in lubricants, maxi pads or soap
avoid the use of soap in this area and ask your doc. To check and see if it looks like an allergic dermatitis and try a topical prescription steroid.

It : It sounds like you may be dealing with a fungal infection. You can try an over the counter anti-fungal cream like clotrimazole. Apply it to the affected areas twice a day. You should also use a vaginal cream like Monistat or gyne-lotrimin. This should be inserted into the vagina nightly for 3 or 7 nights.
If you do not notice an improvement then you should see a medical profesional for evaluation and treatment.

Hard to tell: Remember, pregnancy isn't the only thing condoms protect against. They also protect against STD's and therefore you should be tested. The other things that can cause your symptoms are bacterial infections or yeast. See your gyno for testing and to check this out!

Needs exam: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. Herpes, yeast, vaginal dryness, allergica reactions and other skin disorders are all possiblities.
