Muscle pain: I think it is most likely that the lower abdominal pain is muscular from the coughing.  The key to treatment is in figuring out why you are coughing.  It could be from a variety of causes including post-viral inflammation, post-nasal drip and/or reflux.  It may be time to see you doctor.

Bronchitis vs asthma: Dry cough can be associated with asthma, especially if there is a family history or if accompanied by shortness of breath.  If there is temperature then it could be bronchitis.  Best to be checked by a physician who can listen to your lungs and, if necessary, get an xray.

Cough: Your cough could be the result of allergies as a result of hay fever or mold, both allergens of which are prevalent this time of year. Or your cough may be the end result of a viral illness.If you think the cough is due to allergies consult your doctor. You could try using salt water nose drops for awhile, vaporizer and elevated pillows for a few days. If no improvement, consult your doctor.

i have really severe tickly dry cough that sometimes i vomit.  its there the last week and half. now my ribs and stomach are so sore from coughing?

Cough with sore ribs: Try the OTC delsym (dextromethorphan) for your cough or get a codeine preparation from your doctor.  The rib pain can be treated with Motrin or in severe cases, a mild muscle relaxant.  You can always try gargling with chloroseptic OTC .  Good luck and feel better!

initially had a fever,nausea & stomach cramps.now have a persistent dry cough, headac and sore throat.my 3&5 year olds also have dry coughs.5yo complaining about sore neck and wrists.3yo says its sore under her feet.we need to get tested.please help?

Home: Please stay home, drink fluids, rest and monitor your temperature. Avoid sharing linens, utensils and avoid contact with others. A virtual appt with your physician or HT may be scheduled. Testing may include screening for influenza and Coronavirus. For your children, provide fluids, good nutrition, monitor temperature and treat soreness with Motrin,once you know their temperature.

Eye muscle pain: The most common cause of eye muscle pain is strain due to vision problems.  People who need glasses but  don't yet have them, or people who need to have their glasses prescription changed, often strain to see better, usually unconsciously.  You need to see your eye MD for evaluation and possible glasses or change in current prescription.

Delsym (dextromethorphan)...: ...Does not usually cause upset stomach, but all teh symptoms - including upset stomach - are consistent with pneumonia. I'd suggest getting checked by your dr.

Likely viral: A viral infection can cause all of these symptoms. But it the  problem gets worse or lasts more than a few days, you need to see your doctor. In the interim, try antihistamine.
