Depends: There is growing research and developments in using saliva to test for a multitude of conditions and diseases going on right now. There are saliva tests for diabetes, oral cancer, hiv, caries susceptibility (cavity risk), and more. But urine is still valuable for diagnostic testing and i don't think it is going away.

Not likely: Chances are small depending on how you kissed.  Most drug tests are not surprises.  Avoidance is the best way to pass.

Impossible: You are not being specific. Dirty with what? What are they testing for in the urine test? What possible scenario can you be asking about since any valid drug testing is done witnessed and validated by the authorities doing the screening?

Not necessarily: Different drugs are metabolized by different pathways. So, secretion of a metabolized drug in the saliva may be very different than a drug that has been metabolized and is now secreted in the urine. These pathways often involve the liver at some point, so if you have liver problems, it may affect test results also.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

What drug was tested: Hep C per se should not give a false positive drug test, however, it begs the question, how did you get Hep C? Were you abusing intravenous drugs?
If you have Hep C, get treatment as it is mostly curable now.

LSD is illegal and: very dangerous. However, While it is possible to test one’s urine for LSD, the very tiny amounts involved makes detection very difficult. There is also the fact that it is rapidly removed from the body, usually within 24-48 hours.
