This : This should be fine, but with a few caveats. First. L-arginine is an unproven dietary supplement. It may be helpful, but there is no convincing evidence. And just because it is a natural supplement does not mean it is necessarily safe. If you haven't already, a more effective and natural way to help your blood pressure would be to cut out sodium and increase your intake of fresh foods. Your combination of drugs indicates to me that you have a substantial blood pressure problem. You should discuss these supplements with your physician and your pharmacist to be sure there are no interactions, and always let healthcare professionals know what supplements and over-the-counter medicines you are taking in addition to your prescriptions. Although uncommon, in some cases these ordinary supplements and otc meds can cause negative drug interactions with your important prescriptions.

Drug interactions:  There were no interactions found between L-Arginine and Losartan.  I tried to a check on several sites using L-Citrulline but was not able to.  I would doubt that the L-Citrulline would be a problem.

: You are only on a mild dose of escitalopram and the addition of the L arginine and ginseng should not be a problem to take together. The latter 2 substances are supplements to the medicine you take.

From : From the perspective of western medicine, there's likely nothing bad about these things in combination.  If you've taken the add med for some time, you already know how it affects you and i wouldn't expect you to feel any differently when using the supplements.  Certainly discuss any sudden changes with your doctor if suddenly your add becomes less well controlled.  My guess is that exercising is something that helps keep your add at bay, and if the supplements are helping with that, it's an ok thing to do.

Now, if you want to get a more specific answer about how these supplements are supposed to work, or how they work in concert with each other, i suggest you consult a certified nutritionist or natropathic practitioner.

A large number: There are a lot of OTC medications and herbal supplements can 'thin the blood'. Medications like aspirin, ibuprofen, Naprosyn, (naproxen) fish oil, all can have this effect.  Herbal supplements such as borage, ginko, garlic, ginger can also have some effect.  If you are on a prescription. Blood thinner, then discuss the use of OTC and herbal medications with your physician before taking anything new.
