Not helpful: Meclizine and dramamine (dimenhydrinate) both can help dizziness, and the nausea and vomiting accompanying motion sickness, but in my experience has no effect on tinnitus.  Maybe see an ear specialist.

Not advised: If history of acute angle glaucoma, all of the motion-sickness (antihistamine and anticholinergic) are contraindicated.

You could, but  . .: . . . both of these can make you a little drowsy, so taking both might make you more sleepy on the plane than you may want--it also depends upon how long your flight is. Obviously, if your flight is only a few hours, it's probably a bad idea to take both--unless you actually DO begin to get sick on the plane. Lorsartsn faint: Would not think it was the losartan + DRA.  Was it hot at the theme park &amp;you got salt &amp; water dehydrated? Did your BP change?  If u are not taking it at home you should be. Check it seated and standing.

Do you get some bad food at park &amp; have a GI problem?  Or get a salt bomb (food at park) &amp; BP SHOT up? Discuss with team.
